CEO Roy Matthews Updated 21 Sept. 2012 0753: Agilum, the dba adopted in March 2012 by Anthem Healthcare Intelligence, reported to the SEC 20 September 2012 that it had raised $4.8MM against a USD 5.5m equity and options-based raise. Though not confirmed, this is likely an extension of the raise reported in our original story, 1 December 2011, which for technical reasons has been recreated below. Ron Marston was added to the list of persons associated with the raise. VNC has now confirmed that this is Ron Marston of HCCA International, a former president of HCAInternational. Our original 2011 story follows below. -Ed.
